Welcome to Tarteel Studio. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our Services

Tarteel Studio provides online Quran education services including Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, and Kids Quran courses. All classes are conducted via Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms.

Free Orientation Class

Every new student is entitled to one free 30-minute orientation class. This class is intended to assess the student's level and discuss learning goals. There is no obligation to enroll after the orientation class.

Course Enrollment and Pricing

Course prices are listed on our Pricing page. Payment is collected monthly in advance. We accept USD, PKR, GBP, and EUR via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PayPal, and other agreed methods. Custom quotes are available for Hifz students and group packages.

Class Scheduling and Rescheduling

Students choose their class times in coordination with their assigned Qari. Classes can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice at no extra cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows count as a used class.

Refund Policy

Monthly fees are non-refundable once classes begin. If you're unsatisfied with your assigned Qari, we'll happily match you with another teacher at no extra cost. Annual payments are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused months, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to be respectful to teachers and other participants (in group classes). Any abusive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Teacher Conduct

All our Qaris are certified and verified. If you have any concerns about your teacher's conduct, please report to info@tarteelstudio.org. We take all complaints seriously and act within 24 hours.

Recording of Classes

Classes may be recorded for student review and quality improvement purposes. Recordings are never shared publicly. Premium and Individual plan students can access their own class recordings. Recordings are deleted after 90 days.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and content provided by Tarteel Studio are our intellectual property. Students may use them for personal learning only. Sharing, reselling, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Tarteel Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any service issue is limited to the fees paid by the student for that month.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
