Privacy Policy

At Tarteel Studio, we respect your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect and use your information when you contact us or use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you fill out our contact form, request a free orientation class, or message us on WhatsApp. This includes your name, phone number, email, country, course interest, age group, teacher preference, and best time to contact.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to: contact you about your inquiry, schedule your orientation class, discuss course options, deliver our teaching services, and send you relevant updates (only if you opt in). We never sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

WhatsApp Communication

When you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number becomes visible to our team. We retain WhatsApp conversations for up to 90 days after class completion for support purposes.

Student Information

For enrolled students, we maintain records of progress, attendance, and payment information. This data is kept confidential and used only for delivering our service. After 2 years of inactivity, student records are permanently deleted.

Children's Privacy

While we teach children, we never collect personal information directly from children under 13. All information is provided by parents or guardians who enroll their children. Parents can request to view, update, or delete their child's information at any time.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a secure third-party service. We do not store credit card information — payments are processed by our payment partners.

Cookies

Our website uses local storage for remembering your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for anonymous traffic statistics.

Your Rights

You have the right to: request a copy of your data, request corrections, request deletion, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tarteelstudio.org.
